Elaine is a health development consultant with over three years experience of working as an independent practitioner, undertaking a variety of projects across the UK. She has an NHS senior management background with extensive knowledge of all sectors (primary, acute, mental health and public health) and experience of local government. Since 2000, Elaine has worked with national, regional and local agencies on health related projects, including health impact assessments.
